Life Coaching
Coaching is the work of supporting people as they assess where they are in life, or relationships, or career, compared to where they want to be. A coach helps people move forward to meet the goals that they themselves set. I am able to journey with you and challenge you to find strategies and make decisions that will take you from where you are to a place where you Finish Well
Mediation
As a mediator I can assist you to have a conversation in the middle of conflict. I am able to work with you to find solutions and agreements concerning the issues that you face in your family, work, or whatever situation that requires some resolution. As a mediator I am able to walk with you through conflict to a place where you can Finish Well.
Reignite Life
I offer a small group learning event to help people find next steps after a change event. It may be Covid, or divorce, or death of a close friend or family member. It may be that a health event has changed everything. Sometimes catching our breath and learning to trust ourselves to take next steps needs some direction and support. Reignite Life may be the place to begin that journey, and Finish Well.
Colors Personality Event
No doubt you have noticed how different people are. The colors personality profile is a user-friendly, fun, learning tool that helps us realize our differences are in fact strengths we each bring. A Colors workshop will enable your church, business, or office staff discover how the differences we have are to be celebrated and enjoyed rather than irritated by. Let’s talk about an event for you.
Personal/Bible Study
I am a pastor at heart. I enjoy walking with people through the events of life. Life is full of questions about where we came from, why we are here and going through what we experience, and where we are going when it’s all over. I don’t have all the answers, but I am peaceful with the answers I have, and I am happy to help you search for answers that will give you hope and direction. The ultimate “Finish Well” is to discover and be ready for what happens when we die.

I enjoy being with groups and sharing tools, life skills and insights that make life work better for others. I can present a variety of topics that will relate to needs and interests of your group. I am happy to talk to you about possibilities and options that would work for you.

Reignite Series
In 2020, after experiencing a personal interruption like no other, and then moving with the rest of the world through the pandemic, I chose to take this opportunity to create a series of workshops focused on the interruptions that come into our lives and how we navigate through them. Reignite Life was born with the purpose to give people the opportunity to really explore how they are moving through life’s most challenging times.
REIGNITE LIFE
As the world took on COVID in 2020 the stage was set for this growth opportunity. The truth is we all face many interruptions in our lifetime. Reignite Life will walk you through the opportunity to reframe unexpected change and set us up with new strategies to deal with the ones that we have yet to experience. You will learn skills and a different way of looking at times of your life that fail to go as planned.

REIGNITE CONVERSATION
The second workshop created in the series is Reignite Conversation. When we really take the time to identify how we are speaking to the people around us and to measure how those relationships are working, its sometimes surprising what we find. Conversations are the key to connecting with others. The power of our words and our choice of language, both verbal and body, play a large part in how well we connect. How important is peace and safety in your intimate relationships? How would having a stronger connection with your clients and colleagues elevate your business?
